Does your child need help with math?

Make them eat their Veggies” broccoli and rice casserole

You may have to ground them the first time, (before they try this one) but after they try it, they’ll stampede to the table the next time you tell them your fix’n their veggies!

 This dish has vegetables and tastes great. You'll enjoy getting vegetables and so will your family with this delicious broccoli and rice casserole.

What you will need:

2 cups of steamed broccoli

1 cup of cooked rice

½ cup of ranch dressing

2 eggs

½ cup cooked pasta

¾ cup of cheddar

1 can of cream of mushroom

 

Directions:

Mix soup, eggs, ranch, and cheese.

Place cooked broccoli and pasta in a large baking dish.

Pour soup mixture over top and gently stir until mixed.

Bake at 375 uncovered for 30 minutes.

Remove from oven and sprinkle extra cheese and Italian breadcrumbs on top.

Bake for another 10 minutes or until golden brown.

This is a great way to get your family to eat more rice and veggies. This tasty casserole is sure to be a great addition to any family meal. If you have a dinner party to go to at work or with friends or family this is a great dish to bring along.
