Quick And Easy Chicken Vegetable Soup

On cold winter day there is nothing better than a warm hearty bowl of soup to warm your tummy. This quick and easy recipe, yet wholesome soup can be whipped up and left in the slow cooker to cook to perfection and be ready when your ready to eat!


What you will need:

32 oz of chicken broth

1/2 cup Frozen chopped onions

16 oz frozen mixed veggies

2 cups of diced chicken

2 cans of cream of chicken soup (undiluted)

2 small cans of mushrooms


Directions:

Place ingredients in slow cooker and cook on low for 6 - 8 hours, or high for about 4 - 5 hours. STOVE TOP: Place everything in large pot, bring to full boil, then lower to medium-low heat and cook for 1 - 2 hours stirring occasionally. OPTIONAL: When soup is finished cook up some noodles or pasta and stir into soup before serving.
