Fully Loaded Sweet potato fries

 

These fries are fully loaded with everything you expect and love from a baked potato or loaded steak fries. And as a bonus is healthier than loaded steak fries because sweet potatoes are better than regular potatoes.

What you will need:

1-pound bag of sweet potatoes fries.

1/3 cup chopped Bacon (I use precooked frozen bacon)

1/2 cup mozzarella, shredded cheddar

 

Directions:

Bake fries at 400 for 20 minutes then remove from oven add the bacon and cheese. Place back in oven until cheese is melted.

Remove and serve with sour cream

You can also serve with ranch sauce.

 

Suggestions:

You can make a pot of chili to go along with your fries. If you wish, place a scoop of chili on top of your loaded fries and make chili fries.
