What you will need:

1/12 cups of sugar

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. Pumpkin pie spice

1 tsp. Nutmeg

1 tsp. Vanilla

2 tablespoons of brown sugar

¼ tsp cloves

¼ tsp ginger

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tablespoon of maple syrup

1 can of pure pumpkin

4 large eggs

2 cans evaporated milk


Directions:

Mix sugar and all dry spices. Beat eggs mix vanilla and maple syrup with beaten eggs. Stir in pumpkin and sugar spice mixture and egg mixture Until well blended, then mix evaporated milk in 1 can at a Time until well mixed. Pour into pie shells. Preheat oven to 400 bake for 15 minutes. Then reduce to 350. Bake About 40 minutes then reduce to 350. Bake about 40 Minutes longer or until knife inserted in the center comes out Clean. Cool for 2 hours.
