Looking for a quick and easy, low calorie meal? Well it doesn't get much better than smoothies! Our smoothy recipes use your favorite fruits and spices to make a perfect meal on-the-go, protein drink or quick snack.

Now, stick with us here, these are pretty complicated. Ready? Throw everything in the blender, blend until smooth.

Did you get all that? If so, then here is a few more tips.

Depending on your blender, you may need to use more liquid or slightly thaw frozen fruit in the microwave.

If you're using fresh fruit you can add in some ice to make it cold.


Banana Strawberry Smoothie

1 banana
1/2 cup of strawberries frozen or fresh
1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 cup of coconut water
1/2 cup of vanilla soymilk or almond milk
1 tablespoon of honey

Banana Blueberry

1 banana
1/2 cup of blueberries(fresh or frozen)
1 scoop of protein powder
1 teaspoon of almond butter
1/2 cup of vanilla soymilk
5 ice cubes (mine are made with coconut water)

Peaches and cream

1 cup of vanilla soymilk
1 cup frozen peaches
2 tablespoons of maple syrup
1/8 teaspoon of nutmeg

cherry peach

1/2 cup of soy milk
1/4 cup of yogurt
1 cup of sweet cherries
1 cup sliced peaches

Peach Cranberry

1 cup of soy milk
2 cups of frozen sliced peaches
1 cup of yogurt
1/2 cup soymilk

Strawberry Peach

1 cup strawberries
1 cup frozen sliced peaches
1 cup of yogurt
1/2 cup soymilk

Blueberry Banana Oatmeal

1/2 cup of oats
1 cup of soy milk
1 ripe banana
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon brown sugar

Chocolate covered Banana Strawberry

5 frozen strawberries
2 bananas
8 oz of vanilla soy milk or almond milk
2 teaspoons of coco powder
5 prunes
1 scoop of protein powder

Banana Berry

1/2 cup of blueberries
1/2 cup of cherries
1 banana
5 prunes
8 oz of vanilla soy milk

Peanut Butter Coco Smoothie

1/2 cup of vanilla almond or soymilk
1 tablespoon of coco
1/2 cup of vanilla yogurt
2 teaspoons of almond butter or peanut butter
1 tablespoon of honey

Cherry Oatmeal

1 cup cherries
1/2 cup of vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup raw oats
1/2 cup of vanilla almond milk
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey

Hazelnut Banana

1/2 cup of vanilla soy milk
1/2 cup raw oats
1/2 cup of yogurt
1 tablespoon of hazelnut spread
1 table spoon of peanut butter
5-8 ice cubes
add 1-2 bananas

Strawberry Coco

4 large frozen strawberries
1 teaspoon of coco powder
1/2 cup vanilla soy milk
1/2 cup of coconut water
1-2 tablespoons of honey
